Blueberry Protein Donuts
3/4 Cup almond flour
2 scoops Syntrax Matrix Simply Vanilla
2 Tablespoons Truvia
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 Cup Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
2 eggs
3/4 Cup blueberries
Mix all dry together
Add yogurt and eggs
Fold in blueberries
Glaze
1/2 Cup Swerve Confectioners Sugar
3 Tablespoons water
2 tsp lemon extract
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
Let cool and dip in glaze
