I have been an Elite Ambassador for Syntrax since October of 2019. Being an athlete for any company should represent what you stand by. Syntrax makes products for a variety of individuals and their products contain the highest quality of protein and supplements I have used.

I am currently living in Sacramento, California enjoying my new career in Real Estate. I started competing in Figure for the NPC in 2015, winning the overall in my first show at the Phil Heath Classic in Houston, TX. I moved up to Women’s Physique and placed 2nd at the Jr. Nationals in 2017 and placed in the Top 3 at the USA’s in 2018.  In 2019, I returned to the USA’s and won my IFBB Pro card and took the Overall in Women’s Physique as well.

I’m at my happiest when I spend time outdoors! Besides bodybuilding, I enjoy four-wheeling and fishing. It’s important for me to stay active while I focus on my goals. I am a dedicated individual and stay focused on time-management and making healthy choices.

Fitness has changed my life from every angle. One of my biggest inspirations was Dana Linn Bailey. Dana helped me push past my limits and break past my fear. One of the quotes that I live by is, “tomorrow is never promised.” This keeps me motivated and living everyday as if it was my last. We may get caught up in everyday life but chasing your dreams and your goals should never be on the back burner.
